How does the tiered aircraft pricing work?
The base subscription of $200/month includes up to 3 aircraft with all DataHangar features. Additional aircraft are charged per tier: Aircraft 4-5 at $60 each per month, Aircraft 6-10 at $50 each, Aircraft 11-15 at $40 each, and Aircraft 16+ at $30 each. The more aircraft you add, the less you pay per additional aircraft.
Can I add or remove aircraft at any time?
Yes! You may add or remove aircraft at any time. Additional aircraft are billed from the date they are added (prorated for annual subscribers). Pricing automatically adjusts based on the fleet size tiers.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Customers who choose annual billing receive a 10% discount on their total subscription cost. This provides significant savings while helping us improve predictable recurring revenue and cash flow.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. All subscriptions include free onboarding and training to get you started quickly. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get up and running with DataHangar.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can arrange invoicing for larger operators. Contact us if you have specific payment requirements.
Are there any feature restrictions based on fleet size?
No! Every customer receives the full DataHangar platform regardless of fleet size. There is no feature gating - you get all features including Flight Scheduling, SMS Reports, FRMS, Custom Forms, Exam Builder, and everything else from day one.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit, with automatic daily backups and secure cloud hosting in the USA and Australasia with Amazon Web Services. We take data security very seriously.
